1. Fiction with boundaries
Vislan supports fictional storytelling, roleplay and character creation. Fiction can explore intense themes, but using the service must not create real-world harm, exploit people, violate privacy, facilitate crime or abuse the platform.
2. Public content
Characters, profiles, comments and other content intentionally published to the community may be reviewed or moderated. Do not publish unlawful content, targeted harassment, doxxing, scams, malware, stolen credentials, spam, or material that infringes another person's rights.
3. Protection of minors
Content that sexually exploits, sexualizes or endangers minors is prohibited. Attempts to use Vislan to facilitate grooming, exploitation or abuse may result in immediate removal and account action.
4. Real people and impersonation
Do not use Vislan for deceptive or harmful impersonation of real people, non-consensual intimate content, targeted harassment, threats, or publication of private identifying information. Fictional characters should not be presented in a way that falsely claims a real person's endorsement or participation.
5. Privacy and private conversations
Private roleplay conversations are not made publicly browseable by ordinary users. Limited automated processing or authorized access may occur when necessary to operate the service, generate replies, maintain memory, secure accounts, investigate reports, provide support, prevent abuse or comply with law. Vislan does not sell private chat transcripts or use them for malicious or unrelated purposes. See the Privacy Policy for details.
6. Platform abuse and security
Do not attempt to break into accounts, bypass security or plan limits, scrape the service at harmful scale, distribute malicious software, interfere with infrastructure, exploit vulnerabilities, or use Vislan to conduct fraud or credential theft.
7. Reporting concerns
Users can report characters or public content through available in-product reporting tools. You can also contact supportvislan@gmail.com for safety, moderation, privacy or account concerns. Include enough context to identify the content, but do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
8. Enforcement
Depending on severity and context, Vislan may remove content, restrict visibility or features, suspend accounts, or terminate access. Severe violations may result in immediate action. We may preserve information reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, prevent fraud, resolve disputes or comply with legal obligations.
