What to include in a report
For faster review, include the username or character name, a link or screenshot when available, what happened, why you believe it violates a policy, and whether there is an immediate safety concern. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
What happens after you contact us
Vislan may ask for additional context, preserve information needed to investigate, review relevant public content, take enforcement action where appropriate, or explain why a report does not violate policy. We cannot promise a specific outcome or response time for every submission.
Emergencies
Vislan is not an emergency service and cannot dispatch police, medical care or crisis responders. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service in your location.
